Stretch and Play OT

Floor play is important for Gross Motor Development, this floor time can also be a great opportunity for mom to stretch and strengthen to rehab after birth!

This class teaches safe mommy exercises and developmental play to support both mommy and baby in growing strong and connected.

For children birth-crawling.

Older siblings are welcome to tagalong, if alternate childcare is unavailable.
