Storytime Yoga is a fun and interactive way to bring caregiver and child together to share in the joy, peace and connection of yoga!
Your child will build strength and balance through mindful poses, stories, and games, Enjoy the benefits of yoga in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment, and make lasting memories with your little yogis.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat for you and your little one.
