About the event
You’ve prepared for the baby…but have you prepared for your postpartum recovery?
So much of pregnancy is spent preparing for baby—the nursery, the registry, the car seat, feeding, and newborn care. But once baby arrives, Mom is recovering, too.
Preparing for Postpartum Recovery: The First 30 Days is an intentional planning workshop designed to help you and your partner think beyond bringing baby home and create a realistic plan for supporting Mom during those first few weeks.
Together, we’ll talk about postpartum recovery, identify your village, start conversations with the people you love, and create your personalized First 30 Days Calendar so your support plan isn’t just something you’ve talked about—it’s something you can actually use.
This isn’t a class about how to have a baby or how to be the perfect new parent. It’s about making sure Mom has a plan for recovery, too.
Our goal is for you to walk in thinking, “We have so much to figure out…” and leave breathing a little easier because you have a plan.
