Namaste & Trick or Treat (drop-off)

Grab your costume and get ready to move, play, and celebrate Halloween with friends!

Kids ages 5 through 8 years will start in the playroom with Halloween music, open play, and a festive sensory activity. It’s a chance to settle in, explore, and have some fun with friends before yoga begins.

Next, we’ll head into the movement room for Kids Yoga with Miss Bari! Kids will stretch, balance, move, and try playful Halloween-inspired yoga poses and activities designed just for them.

Then it’s back to the playroom for trick-or-treating, followed by a Halloween dance party with music and bubbles to finish out the celebration!

Costumes are encouraged — just make sure your child can comfortably move and participate in yoga while wearing theirs!
