Mommy and Me Meditation

Connect with other moms, yourself, and your little one in our gentle meditation class. Parenthood is not easy.... and maintaining a calm energy to provide a positive environment is a skill that requires practice. We will explore breathing and emotional awareness techniques while your little ones watch and play alongside you.

There will be time set aside at the end of class for caregivers and children to socialize and play. Please bring a comfortable blanket for your child.
