Mommy and Me Meditation

Connect with other moms, yourself, and your little one in our gentle meditation class. We will practice guiding our attention to a calming state through basic techniques. In life, everything takes practice and we are here to teach you how to gain the awareness to work towards a more positive mindset.

Upon arrival, mothers will have time to socialize while kiddos play and explore. We will begin the class with a meet and greet, followed by illuminated play activities while moms are guided through a 30-minute mediation.
