Little Kids, Big Feelings (4-6 years)

Join Mrs. Reilly, a primary educator, to learn about emotional management through common language, visuals and strategies through the use of the Zones of Regulation. This is a parent and child class where we will read stories and do activities to help learn how to work together to regulate emotions, verbalize our feelings and work as a team.

For ages 4-6 with caregiver.

Younger siblings welcome, if alternate childcare is unavailable. Older siblings welcome.
