A Playdate for Big Feelings
Join us for a special “Little Hands, Big Emotions” playdate — a fun, hands-on gathering where little ones explore their big feelings through play, while parents and caregivers gain practical tools to support their child’s emotional development.
Designed for children ages 1–5, this event blends open ended play, sensory activities, and circle time to help kids recognize, name, and express their emotions in healthy ways. While your child explores through play, you’ll connect with other caregivers and learn simple, research-backed strategies to support emotional growth at home — from calming techniques to language that helps little ones feel seen and safe.
