This open, all-inclusive drum circle invites you to bring a drum, shaker, or any instrument that feels right—or simply bring yourself. No experience is needed, and instruments will be available to borrow during the event.
HeartBeat Circle is a gentle, judgment-free space to ground your energy, release emotion, and connect through shared rhythm. Let the beat move through you, holding what words cannot.
