Core Connections

Join Dr. Rachel, women's health Physical Therapist and certified Pilates and group fitness instructor to learn about common issues during pregnancy and postpartum.  Then learn exercises to help connect you with your deep core muscles (especially your abdominals and pelvic floor).  This class is appropriate for anyone pre or postnatal (yes, even years later) that is cleared to exercise.  Please bring a mat. This class is for mothers only, children will be unable to attend.
